Much has been spoken about SOY PRODUCTS and its issues with Males. However, most of the information available around us seems to be incorrect or wrongly interpreted.

Soy Milk/Soya Chunks/Tofu et cetera are all Soy Products. People (Males) think consuming these food products will make them feminine. However, this claim is false. Soy is probably the highest protein source available out there for vegans/vegetarians and can be consumed without any harm.

The dosage (20mg/kg of isoflavone) which is claimed to create a POTENTIAL effect on testosterone reduction for adult rats when actually converted to a consumable amount is completely irrational. This irrational dosage when researched more thoroughly suggests that even that claim is false.

Doses even higher of 20 mg/kg do not create any effect on testosterone levels in males.

All the research papers used to make the claims above are majorly META — ANALYSIS.

All the research papers are mentioned in my Medium Article ‘Does Soy increase Estrogen levels’. Link in Bio
